Terra di Brisighella's 'Pieve Tho' extra virgin olive oil is a blend obtained from the 'Nostra di Brisghella' cultivar and other olive varieties typical of the Brisighella hills in Emilia Romagna. To make this product of excellence and quality, olives are harvested by hand, via plucking or with the aid of small hand-operated facilitators to keep the fruit intact. Combined with pressing within a few hours of harvest, this makes it possible to produce an extra virgin olive oil that stands out for its typical intense fragrance.
