Tasting notes
Frantoio Romano Ortice extra virgin olive oil is a monovarietal olive oil with an intense golden yellow color with light green reflections and clear. The nose has a distinct scent of olive accompanied by hints of medium ripe tomato, white apple and banana enriched by notes of mint and basil. The mouthfeel is definite and elegant in the mouth with vegetable tones of broad beans, chicory and lettuce. Bitterness and pungency are distinct and strong.
